JE Dunn Construction seeks a Project Manager 1 to lead a project phase, coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors in line with our values. The role emphasizes safety, lean practices, and clear communication across teams.

You will manage preconstruction activities, submittals, change requests, and the project schedule while tracking costs. Expect collaboration with stakeholders and a path toward Project Manager 2.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in construction management.
• 5+ years construction management experience.
• Ability to lead safety culture and coordinate with multiple teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling/PM software.

Responsabilidades

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and manages incident investigations.
• Manages the prestart process and supports preconstruction activities.
• Coordinates submittal schedules and review of shop drawings.
• Prepares and submits change requests with owners/architects.
• Develops project schedule and monitors cost performance.
• Interfaces with risk management, legal, owner, and design teams.
• Leads monthly project reviews and the overall closeout process.
