Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 2 to provide leadership on moderately complex construction projects and oversee end-to-end project operations aligned with the company’s strategy and values.

You will drive safety culture, manage subcontractors, schedules and budgets, and coordinate with design teams to ensure successful project outcomes while delivering regular reporting and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart checklist form.
• Supports preconstruction: quantity takeoff, trade coordination, scope development, bid and schedule activities.
• Leads buyout schedule, pricing checks and subcontract issuance.
• Manages submittal schedules, shop drawings and samples.
• Ensures timely submittals and availability to project team.
• Coordinates material pricing with Logistics; risk review of subcontractors.
• Leads meetings and project closeout with documentation and financials.
