JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Manager 1 to lead a project or part of a larger project in coordination with the Project Superintendent. The role focuses on implementing project operations, safeguarding safety, and building strong client and subcontractor relationships in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The candidate will oversee preconstruction activities, subcontracting, schedule development, cost forecasting, and regular reporting to ensure profitability and on-time

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• In lieu of the above requirements, equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Aufgaben

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and injury-free environment; mentors staff.
• Manages prestart process and preconstruction activities.
• Supports bid package development, schedule development and bid advertisement.
• Leads buyout scheduling, pricing validation and subcontract issuance.
• Manages submittal schedule, shop drawings and samples coordination.
• Leads monthly project reviews and owner/architect meetings.
