Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; preferred in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of construction industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee bidding and awarding with GC's/CM's and subs for Food Lion-contracted projects.
• Coordinate bid documents, RFQ packaging and timelines to minimize cost changes.
• Manage contracts, purchase orders, and payment of requisitions and invoices.
• Lead Change Authorization/Change Order processes and ensure timely payments.
• Develop schedules, monitor milestones, and ensure project turnover and store openings.

Education
