Job summary

SERVPRO Team CHG is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead the construction division, manage budgets, and drive project success from site reviews to completion.

Responsibilities include coordinating crews, reviewing plans, maintaining quality, and ensuring profitability while delivering excellent customer service. A reliable driver’s license is required; full-time with overtime is offered along with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous construction management experience.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability.
• Effective written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Attend walk-throughs at job sites to review existing conditions.
• Follow up on proposals that have been submitted.
• Review proposals and/or blueprints and specifications.
• Coordinate manpower and materials for projects.
• Monitor job progress and quality control.
• Manage customer relationships.
• Work closely with subcontractors.
• Know when to say, "I need help."
