Job summary

SERVPRO Team Mongan is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration projects from scope to completion, coordinating crews, equipment, schedules, and client communications to deliver quality results.

This hands-on leadership role requires at least three years in restoration, supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and strong problem-solving and customer-service skills. You will guide teams, manage costs, and ensure excellent outcomes for clients after property damage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in restoration industry experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory/management experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving.
• Clear communication and customer focus.
• Comfort with technology and company software.

Responsibilities

• Develop scopes of work and prepare estimates using company software.
• Coordinate with customers, insurers, and clients to approve scopes and estimates.
• Schedule and oversee restoration crews, subcontractors, equipment and assets.
• Monitor progress, address obstacles, and drive completion.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure billing readiness.
