SERVPRO is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and crews. This frontline role drives operational excellence and client satisfaction across multiple job sites.

Responsibilities include scoping and estimating, coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing expenses, and ensuring proper documentation and billing. Strong leadership, communication, and industry experience are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisory experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
• IICRC certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Aufgaben

• Define project scope and prepare estimates using hardware and proprietary software.
• Negotiate customer approval of project scope and estimates.
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources including subcontractors.
• Review site documentation to support services and billing and ensure client requirements.
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and materials.
