SERVPRO Team Wall seeks a Construction Project Manager to lead diverse restoration projects, ensuring high-quality service and strong client relations. You will oversee planning, execution, and closing activities, coordinating subcontractors and resources to meet project goals.

The role emphasizes proactive communication, problem-solving in challenging environments, and ongoing collaboration with the Construction Services team. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MEP trades and restoration/construction preferred.
• Previous construction management experience with superb customer service.
• Effective written and oral communication; intermediate math skills; PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer satisfaction and warranty activities.
• Educate customers on construction process and scope of work.
• Create project schedules and coordinate subcontractors.
• On-site management with frequent site visits and client queries.
• Complete final walk-through and closeout paperwork.
• Lead Construction Services team; conduct performance reviews and training.
