Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate quality and efficiency.
• Review and request modifications to construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Evaluate project schedules and determine modifications to reflect project needs for timely completion.
• Ensure home completion on schedule and adherence to contract obligations and safety protocols.
• Manage customer experience throughout the construction process and communicate progress and solutions to concerns.
• Inspect job sites for safety and compliance with codes and company standards.
