Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent; 2–4 years in construction leadership.
• Experience reading blueprints and managing schedules.
• Strong communication and budget management required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the scheduling and supervision of daily trade partner activities and evaluate the quality and efficiency of their work.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan errors or conflicts arise.
• Assess project schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure each home is on schedule and all contract obligations and safety protocols are met.
• Manage the customer experience throughout construction and communicate progress and resolutions.
