Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing construction processes in a high-production environment.

• Knowledge of municipal permitting regulations and compliance.
• Working knowledge of building codes and safety standards.
• Proficiency with construction scheduling software and tools.
• Solid computer literacy across common software suites.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade partner activities and evaluate performance.
• Review and modify construction drawings to resolve conflicts.
• Assess schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule and compliant with plans.
• Maintain proactive customer communications and address concerns.
• Collaborate with sales teams to monitor community performance.
• Conduct daily site inspections for safety and code compliance.
• Authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor.
• Inspect workmanship and authorize payments upon meeting standards.
• Coordinate with Product Development, Process Improvement, and Purchasing.
• Ensure work complies with local/state/federal codes and standards.
• Assist in trade partner recruiting and vetting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
