Responsibilities

• Oversee daily trade partner activities and evaluate work quality and efficiency.
• Review and modify construction drawings when plan conflicts arise.
• Update project schedules and allocate resources to meet timelines.
• Ensure homes are completed on schedule and meet contract obligations and safety standards.
• Take action to stop nonconforming work and ensure code compliance.
• Manage customer experience with regular communication and issue resolution.
