• Ensure homes are completed on schedule and comply with plans, specs, and safety requirements.
• Manage the customer experience with regular communications and issue resolution.
• Interact with Community Sales to manage community performance and customer activities.
• Complete daily inspections to ensure safety and code compliance at job sites.
• Negotiate, create, and authorize field purchase orders for materials and labor.
