Job summary

PulteGroup is seeking an Assistant Construction Manager for Savannah, GA to support daily site operations and ensure construction quality. You will learn and apply Pulte standards, coordinate inspections, and assist in trade partner scheduling under supervision.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, blueprint reading skills, and basic knowledge of building codes, with a university degree or equivalent experience. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• The role requires strong communication abilities and formal education or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of blueprints, building codes, and permitting processes is preferred.
• Foundation in computer literacy and construction management systems is expected.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job sites and support daily operations.
• Validate schedule progression and coordinate inspections.
• Review the Customer Care service process and ensure quality workmanship.
• Assist in scheduling and supervising daily trade partner activities.
• Ensure cleanliness on subdivisions and enforce cleanup by partners.
• Understand the scope of work for all trade partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
