Job summary

Frederick Fox LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. You will oversee scope, schedules, budgets, subcontractors, vendors, and field coordination to meet safety, time, budget, and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in an Assistant Project Manager role or as a Commercial Project Manager.
• Associate degree or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of construction operations, project management practices, and industry standards.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, monitoring budgets, and overseeing job site activities.
• Proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam or comparable platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and implement practical solutions in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, contracts, and scope management to establish timelines and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and architects.
• Monitor budgets, review invoices, and manage change orders to control costs.
• Oversee construction quality, safety, and adherence to drawings, specs, and regulations.
• Coordinate client meetings, communicate progress, risks, and decisions, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Closeout projects, address punch lists, and document final records and lessons learned.
