Qualifications

• 5-8 years of construction, utilities, or civil project management experience.
• Experience managing underground utilities, wet utilities, or civil infrastructure projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management, budgeting, scheduling, job cost control, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in project management software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and contract compliance.
• Monitor costs, review financial reports, manage change orders, and support billing and progress payments.
• Review plans, specs, contract documents; manage RFIs, submittals, contract modifications, and project docs.
• Coordinate subcontractor selection, contract execution, procurement, and equipment requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, inspectors, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Work with field teams to maintain productivity, quality, safety, and schedules.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and support claims prevention and contract compliance.
• Lead project meetings, site visits, and progress reporting with accurate records.
• Coordinate final billing, as-built docs, warranties, and turnover at closeout.
