Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience with estimating, cost tracking, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in contract administration, change management, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-construction and estimating activities, including bid tabulations and takeoffs.
• Assist with safety planning, site coordination, and quality control measures.
• Coordinate and administer owner/contractor agreements, invoices, and documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, change orders, and progress reporting to maintain schedule and cost targets.
• Lead and document weekly meetings; ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
