Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, objectives, and standards.
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, aligning with contracts, specs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead subcontractor meetings, change orders, and contract administration.
• Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects/engineers, and internal teams for successful handover.
