Job summary

Frederick Fox LLC is seeking a Project Manager for commercial construction to lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and safety while coordinating with owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, strong MEP knowledge, and experience with estimating, cost control, and contracts. LEED AP is a plus, with extensive leadership responsibilities across project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building trades, particularly mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with estimating, cost analysis, contract administration, and project financial reporting.
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead pre-construction planning with clients to establish budgets and expectations.
• Review and manage owner and subcontractor contracts and change orders.
• Monitor safety plans and site compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and logs.
• Provide leadership to Project Superintendents, Engineers, and Administrators.
