Frederick Fox LLC seeks a Senior Project Accountant / Construction Accounting Manager to oversee day-to-day project accounting for a large-scale construction effort in Forsyth, GA. The role partners with project management, field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and owner representatives to maintain accurate financial records and support decision-making throughout the lifecycle.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• At least 5 years of construction project accounting experience, preferably with a general contractor.
• Experience with large-scale data center or mission-critical projects is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction billing, JEs, WIP, and close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day project accounting activities and ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
• Establish and maintain project accounting processes with project management and corporate accounting.
• Support project setup pre-mobilization including budgets, cost codes, and vendor/subcontractor records.
• Manage owner billing and accounts receivable, including monthly pay applications and schedule of values.
• Process subcontractor payments, lien waivers, and supplier documentation.
• Track costs, change orders, forecasts, and WIP; provide timely financial information to project managers.
• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting; coordinate with corporate accounting.
