Job summary

Keen Search & Staffing, LLC is partnering with a well-established construction organization to recruit a Project Finance Supervisor in Houston. The role focuses on supporting regional financial performance, project profitability, and operational decision-making across multiple EPC-style projects.

The ideal candidate brings experience with percentage-of-completion accounting, job costing, and WIP reporting, and collaborates closely with regional finance leadership and project operations to drive

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business.
Progressive experience in project finance, construction accounting, or project controls.
Experience with POC accounting, WIP, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate with non-financial stakeholders.
Advanced Excel and construction financial systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor financial performance across multiple construction projects, including budgets and forecasted profitability.
Review WIP schedules, POC calculations, and cost-to-complete forecasts to evaluate performance.
Analyze project results against budgets, investigate variances, and communicate findings to management.
Identify risks involving cost overruns, margin erosion, and billing delays.
Maintain accuracy of project financial data throughout the lifecycle.
Support regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial reviews.
