Methuen Construction Company, Inc. invites applications for a Project Finance Manager to oversee financial management of high-value construction projects across the region.

You will partner with Project Management, Operations, and Corporate Finance to ensure accurate cost reporting and proactive forecasting. The role emphasizes early identification of cost impacts, governance, and continuous improvement of project financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in construction finance, project controls, or cost management.
• Experience with large commercial, industrial, or infrastructure construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management of complex capital construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor job costs, commitments, expenditures, change orders, and contingencies.
• Analyze variances, risks, and change impacts to protect profitability.
• Review cost-to-complete forecasts, reports, billing, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Project Controls, Accounting, and Procurement.
• Ensure governance with internal controls and contractual requirements; support reporting.
