Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company requirements.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial planning processes.
• Conduct budget-to-actual and forecast variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior leadership and department managers.
• Prepare financial dashboards, reporting packages, and scenario analyses to support business planning and decision-making.
• Monitor & report key financial & operational performance indicators for the Americas business.
• Analyze industry trends, internal performance data, and external market factors to support business objectives and financial planning.
• Support competitive analysis, pricing initiatives, market assessments, and business case development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and financial improvement projects.
