ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley is seeking a Construction Job File Coordinator to serve as the liaison between customers and internal teams, organize project requirements, and support teammates.

This full-time role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and experience with job file processing and estimating; typical hours are 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, with potential travel based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service, strong administrative abilities, and clear written and verbal communication.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of business experience and one year in construction preferred.
• Experience in job file processing and estimating.
• Proficiency with digital tools and technologies for task completion.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status, audit status, maintain WIPs, and ensure client requirements are followed.
• Review initial field documentation, create preliminary estimate, perform daily job file coordination, and backup.
• Maintain internal and external communications, and prepare job file reports.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit, and perform close-out.
• Track subcontractor and purchase order documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers for updates, progress and billing.
• Participate in the administrative on-call rotation.
