This full-time role requires self-motivation, organization and outstanding customer service, with duties including monitoring job file status, documenting field data, preparing reports, and coordinating with project managers for updates and billing.

Qualifications

• Two years of business experience required.
• One year of construction industry experience required.
• Experience with job file processing and estimating.
• Exceptional customer service and strong admin skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with digital tools to complete tasks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor job file status and audit progress to ensure client requirements are met.
• Review initial field documents, create preliminary estimates, and coordinate daily tasks.
• Maintain internal and external communications and prepare job file reports.
• Complete and review job file documentation for final upload and audit.
• Track subcontractor and purchase order documents.
• Collaborate with project managers for updates, progress, and billing.
• Participate in administrative on-call rotation.
