Adolfson & Peterson Construction in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Project/Field Engineer to support project managers and superintendents. You will review plans, ensure field adherence, prepare reports and schedules, and liaise with subcontractors and clients.

The role requires a degree in construction management or related field, experience in design or field supervision, and proficiency with MS Project and Primavera.

Formación

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field or relevant construction experience.
• Experience in design, estimating, and/or field supervision preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and recognize building plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with project management tools and MS Office suite.

Responsabilidades

• Review, analyze, and resolve field construction problems and discrepancies with project teams.
• Develop project reports, schedules, and analyses for assigned scopes.
• Liaise with subcontractors and client representatives; prepare bid packages and change orders.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, and cash flow; assist with constructability reviews and risk assessments.
• Support safety programs and quality management; communicate status to management.
