Job summary

Haydon is seeking a Project Engineer to coordinate technical activities on assigned projects. Responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and coordinating duties with the Project Manager and Superintendent, while ensuring QA/QC and adherence to approved submittals.

The role requires strong communication, safety awareness, and ability to oversee documentation, meetings, and field inspections on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in engineering/construction management.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in construction, project management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety standards and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Submittal & Shop Drawing process with CPM goals and submittal log.
• Prepare and track a formal Procurement Log for project materials.
• Support and enforce company safety policies and standards.
• Manage document control and distribution of drawings to subs in Procore.
• Oversee RFI process and link to as-built documents.
• Lead owner and subcontractor meeting minutes and follow-ups.
