Job summary

Haydon is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead on-site project teams and manage day-to-day activities with subcontractors and suppliers. You will focus on cost control, procurement, and schedule adherence to deliver high-quality projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years in construction management. Proficiency in P6, MS Project, Bluebeam, and related tools is essential to drive successful outcomes and safe project execution.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in construction management or related field.
Strong skills in P6 scheduling and MS Project.
Proficient with Bluebeam, On Center OST, MS Office; able to inspire and motivate a team.
Knowledge of government processes and regulations.

Responsibilities

Review/approve on-site project team setup and facilities layout.
Monitor subcontractor bonds and manage change orders and shop drawings.
Understand projected costs, contingent liabilities, and savings opportunities.
Establish relationships with owner, design team, and subs; raise Haydon’s community presence.
Ensure understanding of project processes and successful completion of projects.
