Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering; 0–3 years experience in heavy civil.
• Proficient in P6 scheduling and MS Project; strong computer skills (Office, Bluebeam, OST).
• High energy; able to inspire a team and understand government processes/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Submittal & Shop Drawing Reviews.
• Project Controls including Document Control, RFIs, and Schedule Updates.
• Daily Subcontractor Management.
• Quantity Tracking & Verification including takeoffs.
• Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
• Extensive regular contact with Haydon crews and subcontractors.
• Participating in Owner and Subcontractor meetings.
