Job summary

Consigli Construction in Manchester, NH seeks a Project Engineer to manage on-site documentation, submittals, RFIs and coordination with subs, vendors and clients. You will report to Senior Project Manager / Project Executive and participate in the Project Engineer Academy.

The role emphasizes rigorous document control, safety compliance, delivery tracking and proactive communication to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management or Architecture preferred.
• Prior internship experience is a plus.
• Basic understanding of construction including schedule logic, budgets and project documentation.
• Microsoft Office proficiency is required.
• OSHA 10 Hour and OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document Control – Ensure timely and accurate management of all project documentation.
• Distribute all design changes/updates to the entire project team and all subcontractors.
• RFIs: Prepare and submit information requests to the design team and distribute responses.
• Submittals: Create and manage the submittal log in Procore and obtain required submittals.
• Safety Documentation: Upload subcontractor safety documentation to Procore and track it.
• Enrollment and compliance tracking of subcontractor insurance certificates.
• Field Reporting: Track and report field activities to related parties.
• Punch List: Manage punch lists through Procore and coordinate completion.
• Observations and Field Reports: Compile documentation and resolve items with stakeholders.
• Safety: conduct safety walks and report observations.
• Photos: document site progress with photos and upload to Procore.
• Material Delivery: maintain material delivery logs and status.
• Coordinate with client and design team; develop relationships with stakeholders.
• Develop meeting agendas, track commitments and distribute minutes.
• Reporting: provide updates on submittals, RFIs and critical issues.
