Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent experience.
• 8–10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; travel ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule workflow; assign direct reports.
• Oversee subcontractors; enforce contract terms and approvals.
• Administer project schedule and manpower; ensure timely payments and progress.
• Coordinate with estimating, accounting and owner for budgets and changes.
• Resolve issues with subs or authorities to keep on schedule.
