Job summary

Fres-co System USA, Inc. in Denver, CO is seeking a Project Engineer to support construction projects. You will assist the project team with administration, CMiC setup, and document control to ensure on-time delivery and accurate closeouts.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; basic scheduling and CMiC understanding.
• Understanding of documentation, schedules, RFIs, submittals and material procurement.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Bluebeam, PlanGrid, Safety Mojo, BIM 360 Glue.

Responsibilities

• Assist project team in administration and management of construction activities.
• Support setup of CMiC, Submittal Log Registry, and RFI numbering.
• Prepare and maintain Submittal Logs and RFI Logs.
• Assist with PlanGrid setup to organize contract documents.
• Oversee progress photo documentation and timely project updates.
• Manage submittal process and ensure accurate as-builts.
• Coordinate procurement logs and material deliveries to site.
• Assist in contract close-out and develop closeout binders.
