Qualifications

• Solid understanding of construction project management principles.
• Familiarity with construction regulations, codes, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in project coordination and administrative support.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Manager, assisting in planning, coordination and execution of construction projects.
• Assist in development/review of project plans, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings and specifications.
• Track project progress, milestones and deliverables; provide updates to the Construction Manager and stakeholders.
• Collaborate to monitor budgets, expenses and procurement activities.
• Coordinate project meetings: scheduling, agendas, minute taking.
• Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Assist in site visits/inspections for QC and safety adherence.
• Facilitate information flow among team members, clients and contractors.
• Prepare/maintain project reports and documentation.
• Support issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulations.
