Job summary

CoVolt Power seeks an experienced Construction Coordinator to support the Construction Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing complex projects in the utility-scale sector. You will help manage documentation, schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of construction management experience on major industrial or renewable energy projects, with strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil or electrical engineering, or related field.
• 0-5 years of related project coordination experience preferred.
• Experience with large commercial/industrial, solar, or wind energy projects is a plus.
• Understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager and assist in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Coordinate project documentation, permits, drawings, and specs, ensuring record-keeping and version control.
• Track milestones, progress, and deliverables and report to stakeholders.
• Assist in monitoring budgets, expenses, and procurement activities for cost-effectiveness.
• Organize project meetings, agendas, and minute-taking for effective collaboration.
• Support coordination of subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely deliveries.
• Conduct site visits to monitor activity, quality, and safety compliance.
• Facilitate communication among team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in resolving project issues and deviations from plans with the Construction Manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for continuous improvement.
