Job summary

CoVolt Power is seeking a capable Construction Project Coordinator to support the Construction Manager in planning, budgeting, and executing large-scale projects. You will help manage documentation, schedules, and vendor coordination while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor's in a related field and 3–5 years of experience in industrial or utility construction, with strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of construction project management principles, processes, and best practices.
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations, codes, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Construction Manager, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Assist in development and review of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications, ensuring accurate record-keeping and version control.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to the Construction Manager and project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Construction Manager to monitor and manage project budgets, expenses, and procurement activities.
• Assist in coordinating project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking.
• Support the Construction Manager in coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Assist in conducting site visits and inspections to monitor construction activities, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members, clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Support resolution of project issues and deviations from plans with the Construction Manager.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction management.
