Job summary

CoVolt Power AHV in Texas is seeking an experienced Construction Administrative Support to assist the Construction Manager with planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale solar, BESS, and HV infrastructure projects.

You will help develop and review plans, manage contracts and drawings, track milestones and budgets, coordinate meetings and subcontractors, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of construction management experience on large commercial/multi-discipline utility, solar, or wind projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution.
• Assist in development and review of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate project documentation, contracts, permits, drawings, and specifications with version control.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables; provide updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and procurement activities; ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and minute taking for project teams.
• Support subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor safety, quality, and activity.
