• Willingness to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Construction Manager in planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects.
• Assist in development/review of project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate project documentation including contracts, permits, drawings, and specs.
