Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Execution Manager across Western Canada. You’ll help manage schedules, deliverables, and customer communications while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to keep projects on track.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years in project coordination, strong organization, and proficiency with PM software. Travel to Canada sites and client meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2-5 years of project coordination, administration, construction, engineering, or related environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with excellent communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate active projects and support the Project Execution Manager daily.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and risk tracking.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations teams.
• Assist with RFPs, contracts, changes, and interface management as needed.
• Support site visits, customer meetings, and continuous improvement initiatives.
