Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Execution Manager and project team across construction initiatives in Western Canada. You will help maintain schedules, track milestones, and ensure accurate project documentation, while coordinating with Sales, Engineering, and Operations.

You will communicate with customers and internal teams, monitor deliverables, and assist with status reporting.

Qualifications

This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring project details are tracked effectively from project award through completion. You'll play a key role in maintaining project schedules, monitoring deliverables, supporting customer communication, and ensuring project documentation remains accurate and up to date, working collaboratively with internal teams, customers, contractors, and external stakeholders. This role also offers a clear development pathway toward a future Project Execution Manager position within Victaulic.WHAT YOU'LL BUILD & OWNSupport the Project Execution Manager with day-to-day coordination of active projects.
