Job summary

Victaulic seeks a Project Coordinator to support the Project Execution Manager and project teams across Western Canada. The role emphasizes organized planning, stakeholder coordination, and meticulous documentation from award to completion, with a clear path toward a Project Execution Manager position.

You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Customer Care, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure on-time delivery and effective communication with customers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, project administration, construction, or related environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 15–20% within Canada for project meetings and site visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities with the Project Execution Manager.
• Help develop project execution plans and maintain schedules, milestones, deliverables, and trackers.
• Prepare project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Schedule and coordinate internal and external project meetings and reviews.
• Assist in monitoring project schedule, budgets, and resource needs.
• Support project planning, setup, execution, and close-out activities.
• Escalate risks and schedule impacts as appropriate.
• Assist with customer communications and site visits as required.
