Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Request construction schedule from General Contractor.
• Maintain Operations Meeting spreadsheet.
• Process Change Orders and maintain Change Order Request Log with deadlines.
• Maintain Workmanship Log for punch list tracking on jobs.
• Lift Rentals - tracking, call off, transfers and enters POs.
• Verify Foreman Packs and Test Packs; follow up on meetings.
• Process & receive Purchase Orders to push to Accounts Payable.
• Set up Job Folders and Job Contracts; issue PO numbers to vendors.
• Ensure time entry for new team members and training completion.
