You will handle project setup, inspections, plan submittals, monitoring accounts, and closeout documentation while coordinating with field crews, customers, jurisdictions, accounting, and estimating to keep projects on schedule. Qualifications

• Associate degree or 1–2 years related experience preferred.
• Experience in fire alarm, fire protection, construction, project coordination, permitting, or related field is preferred.
• Experience with project coordination, scheduling, permitting, or administrative support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up project accounts and monitoring information in company systems.
• Coordinate inspections and scheduling with jurisdictions and crews.
• Handle plan submittals, permits, and document control.
• Assist with closeout documentation and warranty letters.
• Support estimating and provide cross-functional project support.
• Communicate status and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Maintain reliable attendance and manage multiple priorities.
