Qualifications

• Construction scheduling, PO and process flow experience a plus.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; detail oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF creation.
• Valid state driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Request Construction Schedule from General Contractor.
• Maintain Operations Meeting spreadsheet.
• Process Change Orders and maintain Change Order Log with deadlines.
• Maintain Workmanship Log for punch lists.
• Lift Rentals – tracking, call off, transfers and entering POs.
• Verify Foreman Packs and Test Packs.
• Follow ups from meetings and consolidate notes from leadership.
• Set up job folders, contracts and PO numbers for construction.
