• Request Construction Schedule from General Contractor.
• Maintain Operations Meeting spreadsheet.
• Process Change Orders and maintain Change Order Log with deadlines.
• Maintain Workmanship Log for punch lists.
• Lift Rentals – tracking, call off, transfers and entering POs.
• Verify Foreman Packs and Test Packs.
• Follow ups from meetings and consolidate notes from leadership.
• Set up job folders, contracts and PO numbers for construction.

ALARM PROJECT COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Request Construction Schedule from General Contractor
• Maintain Operations Meeting spreadsheet
• Process Change Orders and maintain Change Order Request Log with deadlines for submittal
• Maintain Workmanship Log for punch list tracking on jobs
• Lift Rentals – tracking, call off, transfers and enters POs
• Verify Foreman Packs
• Verify Test Packs
• Follow Ups from Meetings
• Combined notes from Co-CEO, Construction Manager and Estimation Manager
• To Do lists with deadlines for Construction Manager to distribute
• Process Construction contracts
• Job Set Up for Construction contracts
• Set Up Job Folders for Construction
• Issue PO# to vendors
• Process & receive Purchase Orders to push to Accounts Payable.
• Save Materials Quotes – historical data for fab
• Ensure new team members understand how to enter time per project, have software training completed, and have everything they need for site

Knowledge:

• High School diploma or GED is required

Work Experience:

• Construction experience, scheduling, PO and process flow experience is a plus
• Similar industry administrative experience is preferred

Skills and Competencies:

• PROCORE experience is preferred
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organization skills
• Proficient in working with Microsoft Office Products including Word and Excel
• Proficient in PDF creation
• Must have valid state driver's license and good driving record
