Job summary

Allied Fire Protection LP is seeking a detail-oriented Procore Scheduler to manage project schedules in Procore and coordinate milestones across project teams in Pearland, TX. The role supports scheduling across design through installation and closeout for commercial fire sprinkler projects.

The ideal candidate has experience with commercial construction scheduling, Procore, and coordinating multiple projects, with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial construction scheduling.
• Procore experience required and scheduling knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects from design through installation and closeout.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules in Procore.
• Coordinate project milestones with project managers, general contractors, designers, purchasing, fabrication, and field operations.
• Track critical dates, including notice to proceed, design completion, submittals, material procurement, fabrication, installation, inspections, testing, and project closeout.
• Maintain schedule logic, task dependencies, milestone dates, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate weekly and monthly schedule updates with project teams.
• Identify schedule conflicts, delays, and potential impacts to project completion.
• Develop lookahead schedules to support field planning, manpower allocation, material availability, and installation sequencing.
• Monitor planned versus actual progress and communicate schedule variances to project leadership.
• Generate schedule reports and dashboards for operations management.
• Support Procore adoption, scheduling standards, user training, and consistent reporting across branches.
• Maintain accurate schedule data and coordinate recovery plans with project teams when milestones fall behind.
• Work with project managers and superintendents to align scheduling expectations with contractual requirements and field conditions.
