Weather Built Homes LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator in Washington to manage job ordering, scheduling, and coordination with our production and installation teams. You will help keep projects organized, moving forward, and ready for installation.

The role involves ordering jobs, coordinating schedules, tracking progress from start to finish, and communicating with multiple internal teams and customers to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple jobs, schedules, and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow up consistently.
• Comfortable working with job orders, schedules, customer information, and project details.

Responsibilities

• Order jobs and ensure all required project information is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate job scheduling with production and installation teams.
• Track job progress from order placement through installation.
• Communicate with production, installers, office staff, customers, vendors, and management as needed.
• Keep schedules updated and help prevent delays or missed details.
• Follow up on materials, job readiness, approvals, measurements, or other pending items.
• Help prioritize jobs based on deadlines, production timelines, and installation availability.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or issues and communicate them quickly.
• Make sure each job is ready before it is sent to the installation team.
• Maintain accurate job notes, records, schedules, and project documentation.
• Assist with general administrative and coordination duties related to job completion.
