Fujitec America, Inc. in Washington State is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project setup, scheduling, and coordination with customers, vendors, and field teams.

You will track changes, submittals, and progress to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with contract terms. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years as an individual contributor, plus a valid driver’s license and 20% local travel.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s in related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years as an individual contributor
• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
• Local Travel Expectations: 20%

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling and delivery of materials for modernization, NI construction and repair jobs to ensure timely, cost-efficient completion.
• Communicate with contractors, owners, building managers, architects and regulators about project design, preparations and installation scheduling.
• Set up new projects at award and pre-plan for team and customer success.
• Manage projects per contract, specs and exclusions/clarifications.
• Identify and negotiate change orders and submit for processing.
• Review submittals for accuracy against specs, RFIs, clarifications and changes.
• Maintain project files, update a daily tracker and document all important correspondence.
• Coordinate letters of intent, permits and inspections with authorities as needed.
• Monitor progress with customers, sales staff and managers; adjust schedules and deliveries.
• Track purchase orders, payments to vendors/subcontractors and material from factory.
• Ensure on-time communication on scope, approvals and fabrications with customers.
