Job summary

Weather Built Homes LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage job ordering, scheduling, and coordination with production and installation teams. The role focuses on keeping projects organized, moving forward, and ready for installation.

The coordinator will order jobs, track progress, and communicate across internal teams to ensure timely completion. Experience in construction or home remodeling is valued, with a full-time, day-shift, on-site schedule in Washington.

Responsibilities

• Order jobs and ensure all required project information is complete and accurate.
• Coordinate job scheduling with production and installation teams.
• Track job progress from order to installation.
• Communicate with production, installers, office staff, customers, vendors, and management as needed.
• Keep schedules updated and help prevent delays or missed details.
• Follow up on materials, readiness, approvals, measurements, or other pending items.
• Prioritize jobs based on deadlines and available windows.
• Identify scheduling conflicts and communicate them promptly.
• Ensure each job is ready before sending to installation.
