Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimal 6 months experience working in construction industry is required.
• Preferred Experience in CRM Software Salesforce and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Assists Project Manager with daily tasks.
• Assist in producing quotes for the Estimating Division.
• Attends project related meetings with subcontractors and general contractors.
• Performs invoicing and billing activities for this division.
• Communicates daily with project team members regarding out-of-scope work and change orders.
• Works with field supervision in scheduling and submittals.
• Demonstrates detail-oriented work and proactive problem solving.
• Maintains a high standard of professional excellence and accountability.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
