Qualifications

• Two-year degree preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer relation skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Process contractor and factory bills and related paperwork.
• Maintain customer files and assist in obtaining permits.
• Coordinate service calls with contractors and customers and ensure documentation.
• Schedule delivery and other service-related items with stakeholders.
• Support audits and protect company assets.
• Participate in sales meetings and company events.
